Face Skincare Return Policy
We hope you love your Face Skincare products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returning an Order
Not happy with your order? That can happen and we want to make it right. If your product is unused and unopened, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
To start your return, please email support@faceskincare.ie with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Returns must be well-packaged to avoid damage in transit

Include proof of purchase (e.g., your order number)
Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions above. If accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.
If the product has been opened or used, the return will be rejected.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you paid via Klarna or a similar service, your invoice will be updated accordingly.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s). We recommend sending the parcel with a tracking code, so you can track your return. Please keep your return receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a full refund or send a replacement.
Gifts With Purchase
If your order included a free gift and returning items brings your total below the qualifying amount, the gift must also be returned.
