This effective eye cream, which contains 4% retinal liposome and soybean ferment extract, will help reduce wrinkles and bags beneath the eyes. Three peptides, vitamin C, vitamin E, and bakuchiol brighten and increase skin suppleness for anti-wrinkle effects.
